We present the FCO (Full Corporate Offer) from the supplier for review and negotiation.

Both parties finalize the terms and sign the SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement).
4️⃣ Shipment & Inspection
We coordinate FOB or CIF shipping and arrange port inspection and documentation.
5️⃣ Delivery & Payment
Final delivery is made, and payment terms are executed per the agreement.
